So toady's post is about a group of musicians from the GTA. The video features two of the three members, there talented individuals who lead a band that goes by the name of GEC. They work tirelessly, striving to make it to the level where their music is reaching people world wide. It's refreshing to see local young individuals reaching for a dream so destined. This post was inspired by one of my friends Momo shout out to her, keep a look out, her blog coming soon! She is so talented, and inspired me to do this post. It is inspired by Teyana Taylor who she loves!! So basically I found this gorgeous picture of Teyana and I just had to recreate the look, using different pieces. Her fashion sense is dope, edgy, and different, great inspiration.

Another Fashion Post is finally here!! So basically, I just put two outfits together that I think are cute..I think, I hope so... lol. The First outfit is kinda casual but dressy for some. It consists of a boyfriend blazer(Vanessa Bruno angular shoulder jacket), I heart my boyfriend tank(Forever21), some classic skinny jeans, and my new found love..red ankle boot pumps(Steve Madden). The outfit is paired with gold jewelry; chain necklace(Forever21) and the infamous Love two finger ring(Erica Anenberg)http://ericaanenberg.com/, which I really want!!! The second outfit is a gorgeous purple dress(Lipsy Stud Pocket dress) with studs on the side the accentuate the dress, and it is paired with silver jewelry; Classic silver Hoops, bow necklace(Forever21) black pumps(Rock and Republic Celina- black), and a silver clutch(Poggiomarino). Love the outfits that I came up with and hope you all do too:) I got my eye on a few of these items too... better start saving now Lol.

So aside from all the other I stuff I do in life I also find time to do something that keeps me sane; Dance. So basically this post is about my road, journey as a dancer and the reason I love dance, in other words me revealing another part of my life. So as a dancer, I have come across moments that changed me as a person, injuries, disappointment, failures, highs and lows through it all I have beautiful memories, gained, technique and a greater understanding of the responsibilities as dancer. Started at the ripe age of five (not professionally). Started gymnastics around 8 years old, I was so flexible when I was younger so put it to good use in gymnastics... lol. To bad I dropped out of that in like a week. I don't really know why I dropped out I think I just got sick of it, at that age I would rather go play outside with friends instead of going to a gym to work out. It's funny cause when I was younger I was mainly self taught, believe or not I was a tad bit of a tom boy, cause of where I grew up as I chilled with my older brother doing boy things jumping off swings, out windows, cart wheels of benches..yes I was a child that was filled with too much energy to contain ! So what better place to direct that energy than dance. So in middle school joined,the dance team, unfortunately when I got to high school didn't join the dance team..imma be real I don't think it was really beneficial for me simply because I been taking dance as a class at school for the past three years next year will be my fourth. So I am more focused on contemporary dance, don't get me wrong I've done hip hop just taught hip hop to some grade two's at a school near by it's amazing the smiles you see on kids faces when dancing :) I also have done African, ballet, jazz and the list goes on. Right now I'm not doing dance outside of school simply because it so expensive these days and extremely hard to fit it in my schedule when I have school involved and a job on the way hopefully,but I do take dance classes here and there.

On the other note, the reason I dance is because sometimes in life words don't always cut it, so to express how I'm feeling I choose to dance. So basically its an expression of life, experiences. Some dances you have to literally dig deep within your soul to portray the mood of the dance.It's something that I love that I will probably do for life, don't see myself doing it as a career choice but definitely one of dreams is to open a studio some how or way to help kids who can't afford to attend a professional dance school.I love dance because you literally give yourself to the stage,and can honestly inspire people through each movement that you do, just like how this dance below inspired me to continue bettering my craft, and bettering my self as a dancer.
So no matter what you do on the side whether it's dance, rap, draw, write or what ever first love what you do or else your wasting precious time.

Yes a new year is here! First blog post of the year, fresh starts for many including myself. Don't really got any big resolutions other than to accomplish what ever I didn't get done in 09`. Bettering myself as a person, cause I honestly learned a whole lot this year.. as I was reflecting back on the year at the last few moments before midnight I thought to myself this year was such an evolving year whether it was fashion, music, a black president and just everyday life experiences that I gained. So whats left to do other than to live in the present and make 2010 another year that is filled with as much memories as 09`. I'm just grateful that I got to see another year and ready to conquer !

P.S. I have no idea how I'm awake went to bed at 4 30 !! Got a bit of a headache but I just HAD to post for all my lovely followers.. much love :)

I just want to wish all my lovely followers and bloggers a very MERRY CHRISTMAS !!! I love Christmas time it's such a joyous time where you put all your stresses of life, and work, away and collaborate and reconnect with your family over a yummy meal. I hope all of you have a blessed day, don't drink too much, eat more that's my theory ...LOL But remember that Christmas is not about how much presents is under your christmas tree but the love that is shared with your close loved ones!

Hello my lovely followers and bloggers!... I hope everyone is having a blessed day! So,the Holidays are coming up and I wanted to share two holiday inspired outfits that would be good for those holiday parties or just family dinners. Hopefully you guys like them and this is my opinion of holiday outfits so I'm sorry if it is not your style or isn't something that you would personally wear during the holiday season. A new year is coming up so hopefully you all will take chances with your fashion sense and try something new for the holidays!

So we all know that the military style jackets are HOT for this season! I think its a great piece to have in your closet for fall they are so cute once paired with the right things. You don't really need to accessorize the top part with any heavy necklaces because the buttons on the jacket already make a statement. So basically, all you need is some killer shoes and your good to go. Oh and yes the outfit is all black , I've really been loving black these days-love it or hate it personally, I LOVE IT.

FIRST I wanna say thanks to all my lovely followers o.m.g 55 followers that's crazy!! I know I been like MIA for a while but I've been soo busy with school, job hunting... in other words sorry for the delay in posts but life got in the way. So basically this post is going to be short and sweet, planning on changing up the blog sometime soon putting some new pics, upgrading the banner and so forth... hopefully by the weekend .. crossing my fingers. Right now im just at lost about what to blog about... havn't been in the mood lately :/ but one of my friends Nancy shout out to her!! got me to get back on this bloggin ish, so thanks to her i'm back on it!! So I know its been a while but I've been soo busy and trying to get everything ready for school, but i am back with another post :) I wanted to do a post about The Little black dress! Of course, this is an essential item that every girl should have in her closet. Personally, I love a black dress because it can be paired with literally every color that exists. This means that you can dress it up with a pop of color on the shoe, a scarf if the night is chilly, and any color jewelry that suits you.

So, here is an outfit that I put together that features a pop of color on the shoe and a simple way to glam up "the little black dress" with only three items.
